About the demo
How long is the demo?
The full process takes about 60 minutes total – a 15-minute discovery call to understand your needs, followed by a 45-minute live platform walkthrough. We can also split these into separate sessions.
Is the demo free?
Yes. The demo, including the custom compliance assessment where we build your graph from sample data, is completely free with no commitment. We want you to see the value before making any decisions.
What happens after the demo?
If SafeGenics is a good fit, we’ll discuss pricing and implementation. Most customers are operational within 2-4 weeks. If it’s not the right fit, no pressure we’ll share the compliance insights we found during the assessment.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation required. If you’d like a more tailored experience, you can upload a sample chemical inventory or a few SDSs-we’ll build your compliance graph before the demo so you see your own data in the platform.
Can my whole team attend?
Absolutely we encourage it. EHS managers, compliance officers, and operations leaders all get different value from the platform. We’ll tailor the walkthrough to address each team member’s priorities.
Is my data secure during the demo?
All data uploaded during the demo process is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We can sign an NDA or DPA before you share any data. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 Type Il certified.
